Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care — Oswego, NY
Role: Travel or local contract · 8 weeks · 36 hours/week
Shift: Days: 6 a.m.–6 p.m. or 10 a.m.–10 p.m.; every other weekend
Expected dates: Nov 23, 2026 – Jan 16, 2027
Candidate eligibility: Local and travel candidates considered
Compensation: Approved W-2 or travel pay package shared by recruiter after verification.
Responsibilities
- Provide licensed practical nursing care for long-term care residents, including people living with dementia
- Monitor residents and maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Coordinate with supervising nurses and float to assigned care areas
Requirements
- Active New York LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of applicable experience
- Current BLS certification
- Must be willing to float; no exceptions to the floating requirement
- Available for every-other-weekend rotation
