Recruiting Application Privacy Notice
How TRITAL Care handles data submitted through Hot Jobs and California Physician/APP application forms.

The website collects contact information, uploaded resumes, specialty/licensing and assignment preferences, requested callback time, and optional separate SMS opt-in. Technical security records may include submission time, IP address and browser information.
Applications and resume attachments are transmitted through hosting and transactional email providers to designated TRITAL Care recruiting personnel. If you agree to proceed toward a specific role, relevant information may be disclosed to an authorized employer or staffing program.
Do not upload patient records, medical information, Social Security numbers, identification documents or passwords. To request access, correction or deletion of submitted information, contact info@tritalcare.com.
Recruiting SMS consent is separately optional and not required to apply. If opted in, up to four recurring texts monthly may be sent. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; message and data rates may apply.
